  • The Happy Box once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We offer a FREE replacement within 15 days of placing your order only for the damaged products in the box.
  • Please mail the pictures of the damaged products to and the Happy Team will get in touch with you.
  • The product replacement once approved will be shipped to you within 10 working days.
  • Once you have placed the order for the Happy Box, the order cannot be cancelled.
